Say Hello to Midtown's Newest Highway-Side Tower

HES Group, the developer who bought the property at 3601 N. Miami Avenue, wedged between I-195 and Midtown Miami, has released a very early rendering of their planned building, which The Next Miami found on their website. Called Triptych, the mixed-use building is being designed by Bermello Ajamil & Partners and will have 297 hotel rooms, 50,000 square feet of retail, 50,000 square feet of office space, 500 parking spaces, a 10,000 square foot rooftop restaurant, and an "important" art gallery on the ground floor.
