Things are moving forward at Paramount Miami Worldcenter, one of those projects with a ridiculous amenity load. In this case, in addition to a huge spa, a rooftop 'yacht'-like space, and "Balinese-style" two story villas surrounded by pool moats, it will have a sports center complete with jogging track, courts, and a soccer field meant to attract South American buyers, the first rendering of Real Deal posted, right here. Why does this place's amenity deck have such ridiculous acreage? It's being built on top of a mall.
