"Said it before but the only way this could ever possibly be anything like the High Line is if shops, apartments, and townhouses are built adjacent to and directly fronting this, and if bike lanes feed into it. I know HL doesn't have bike lanes, but this will all need serious "activation" to work in a lower density area like the US1 corridor. Being at street level, it could potentially be even better than the High Line in parts, which aside from lots of tourists walking on it is kinda sterile outside of the parts that directly connect to restaurants."—aceraroja [Five Finalists Announced to Design the Underline's Masterplan]
