"Said it before but the only way this could ever possibly be anything like the High Line is if shops, apartments, and townhouses are built adjacent to and directly fronting this, and if bike lanes feed into it. I know HL doesn't have bike lanes, but this will all need serious "activation" to work in a lower density area like the US1 corridor.
