Yet Another Ritz-Carlton Residential Project Coming To MIA

New, 3 comments

Le sigh, yet another Ritz Carlton residential project is coming to South Florida, and this time it's that project that the Chateau Group and Fortunate International are doing at the former Solis Hotel site in Sunny Isles Beach.

Older renderings show a big blobby building designed by Arquitectonica and (interior?) designer Michele Bonan from Florence. He also did Casa Tua and Cipriani at Icon Brickell, so that's nice. Of course designs evolve, so the final design could likely be different. Prices will range from $2.5 million to $25 million for the penthouse, averaging $1,400 a square foot, and will be called The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, which will totally differentiate it from all the other Ritz-Carlton residences and hotels in town. Sales launch in the next ten days.
