Canvas Miami: New Renderings and Upcoming Groundbreaking

Canvas Miami, a 37-story building with 513 condos and 14,000 s.f. of commercial space, intends to infuse new life into an area that has otherwise been known for its proximity to the Miami City Cemetery. The area will also soon be known for the new Viacom studio production hub.

With a plan to break ground this year, completion is slated for 2017. In the meantime, they've released three new renderings of the amenities deck, lounge and playroom to illustrate the building's common areas.

These new illustrations more fully paint a picture of the project, in addition to the others we've seen before of pool decks, a games room, and the lobby.
