The Elysee Has Official Federal Aviation Administration Approval

When a building's so high, you need the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to approve your plan, you know it's exciting. FAA officials have given the green light to Elysee Residences, a 649-foot,57-story luxury condo being developed by Two Roads Development in East Edgewater.

Upon completion in 2018, it will be the tallest residential high-rise in the East Edgewater. Preconstruction sales launched in August, with groundbreaking slated to take place in the first quarter of 2016.

Elysee will have 100 luxury residences with options that measure up to 4,000 s.f.: three- to five-bedrooms with dens, duplexes and full-floor penthouses. Designed by Miami architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, the slender glass structure will boast a unique three-tiered telescoping shape with only two units per floor, providing direct unobstructed bay and city views from every residence.

Preconstruction prices range from $1.65 million to over $10 million, at an average of about $750 per square foot.

Elysee's elegant design concepts are the creation of French interior designer Jean-Louis Deniot, who is in charge of the project's common area amenity space.
