MiamiCentral Housing Is Coming, and It's Decidedly Non-Luxury

It's a common quandary for young professionals who yearn to start out or stay in a city; the rents confound the dream. So in a refreshing change of pace, MiamiCentral has announced that their two towers that rise 30 and 33-feet above ground will create 800 units for the non-luxury market. That means affordable living.

About 180,000 s.f. of retail space for restaurants and entertainment will be included in the plan, as well as an outdoor rooftop space above the station. Architect NBWW is in charge of making this happen. And judging by the interior, it doesn't look too down market, either.
