Very high-end retailers are fashionably flocking to freestanding boutiques in the Miami Design District. While Hermes held their flagship opening last week, the latest tenants to sign leases include Saint Laurent, Tory Burch, Tod's, Loro Piana, and Be Miami. Be who, you ask? It's a high-end sneaker and contemporary streetwear concept with a flagship store here.
Some brands have their sole Florida retail presence here, including Alice & Olivia, Zilli, Isabel Marant, and Sevan Biçakçi (the only U.S. presence).
