New Construction, Contemporary Showstopper Asks $22.5M

While classic old Florida homes are out in full force on Pine Tree Drive, there's an outlier. It's a new construction contemporary, a collaboration between architect Domo Design and developers Todd Michael Glaser and The Posner Group.

In Zen-like fashion, there's a separate building for the gym, massage room, double spa, a VIP guest suite (in case you want to give your friends special treatment) and four-car parking.

The interior has 12-foot ceiling, an Otis elevator, Miele appliances, a gas fireplace, and Windoor glass pocket doors that disappear into the walls to connect indoor to outdoor space. Outside, the shaded alfresco dining terrace overlooks the pool and spa, which has a fresh/salt water system by Jandy. And did we mention the floating garden?
