The University of Miami's football team may be dragging but off-campus housing in Coral Gables has never been better.

Gables Ponce Apartments at 310 Granello Ave is the fourth most luxurious off-campus housing complex in the U.S., according to Zumper. The mixed-use Mediterranean Revival that opened in 2013 is across the street from Merrick Park and down the street from the UM campus.

Available one-bedroom units start at $1,870/month while the cheapest two-bedroom unit is $2,700. It's great... to be... a Miami Hurricane... who can afford to live at Gables Ponce.
