Jeremy Shockey Lists South Beach Penthouse for $3M

Former NFL star and Miami Hurricanes tight end Jeremy Shockey is parting ways with his South Beach penthouse on the 36th floor of the Waverly, according to Miami Condo Investments. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit encompassing 2,582 square feet has been listed for $3 million. He purchased the pad towering over Biscayne Bay for $1.45 million in 2005, aiming for a 100-percent return on his investment.

The two-time Super Bowl champion isn't saying goodbye without a bathroom selfie, which he posted to Instagram this morning.
