Edgardo Defortuna of Fortune International Group declined to name the buyer of the penthouse that was originally asking $24.5 million, other than that he's a successful entrepreneur. The penthouse upstairs on the 52nd floor is asking $30 million.
Construction is set to begin next year with an estimated completion date in 2018. As for total sales, 60 percent of the 212-unit building is under contract.
