One of the penthouses at the looming 52-story Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, is under contract for $21 million, reports the Wall Street Journal. The 7,735-square-foot unit is a combination of two units on the 51st floor and is comprised of five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and a terrace containing a garden and a pool, because who doesn't enjoy a swim 50-plus floors up.

Edgardo Defortuna of Fortune International Group declined to name the buyer of the penthouse that was originally asking $24.5 million, other than that he's a successful entrepreneur. The penthouse upstairs on the 52nd floor is asking $30 million.

Construction is set to begin next year with an estimated completion date in 2018. As for total sales, 60 percent of the 212-unit building is under contract.
