Miami Rents Continue to Soar in November

Rent in Miami continues to rise as the city ranked ninth nationally in one-bedroom median rents across the country for the second consecutive month, according to the latest report from Zumper. The data shows one-bedroom median rents rose rose to $1,890, indicating a $20 increase in each of the last two months and 11-percent growth year over year.

For two-bedroom median rents, Miami experienced an even bigger increase of 2.0 percent over the previous month to $2,550, also an 11-percent increase year over year.

San Francisco, New York and Boston continue to round out the Top 3.
