A 13-unit luxury condominium is coming to Coral Gables called Laguna House, a project to be developed by Roger Development Group. It's said to be the only ultra-luxury boutique residences to be situated within the Shops at Merrick Park.
The 10-story, low-rise tower will feature a penthouse encompassing the entire 10th floor, with units ranging in size from 3,000 to 6,250 square feet. Amenities include an outdoor pool and sundeck, private dual-entry elevator, two parking spaces per residence and a one-year membership to Equinox Fitness, located next door. Laguna House is scheduled to break ground early in 2016.
