Move over 1 Star Island (asking $40 million), there's a 321 Ocean penthouse on the market asking for a record-breaking $53 million, at a eye-popping $7,794 per square foot. The owners, Boris and Elizabeth Jordan, purchased the ninth-floor unit six months ago for $20 million and are now seeking a $33 million profit "after seeing other Miami penthouses fetch big-ticket prices," according to the Wall Street Journal.
"Roughly 6,800 square feet, the penthouse has four bedrooms plus staff quarters and comes with a private roofdeck with an outdoor kitchen, a dining table that fits about 40 people, a fire pit and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. In total, the unit has about 6,400 square feet of outdoor space..."
