An Inside Look at the Bristol Palm Beach

New, 1 comment

Renderings courtesy of Bristol Palm Beach/Flagler Investors The Bristol Palm Beach will be breaking ground next month and already sales are exploding, with two penthouses both fetching close to $15 million a piece. The project's interior, designed by Amir Khamneipur, looks stunning if these renderings are to do the development justice. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center and his-and-her spas, but the most defining quality of the sleek new Bristol will undoubtedly be its views - highlighting the intracoastal, ocean and Palm Beach Island.

"From the start, the idea was to design The Bristol to be inviting and elegant," Khamneipur says. "I set out to give importance to purity of line and accentuate the common spaces with generous use of exquisite materials. I wanted the juxtaposition of tone on tone textures and materials to be sensual and enticing, not only to the eye but also to the touch, this is a trademark of Amir Khamneipur Design. Custom furnishings made with the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship combined with rare vintage fixtures and fittings, line all the amenity rooms to give The Bristol a level of elegance not found among its competitors."
