Prices continue to rise in the Miami condo market as we enter the closing weeks of 2015. This chart via E Miami Condos shows nine key South Florida areas over the last 10 years plotted by median price per square foot. Many areas are close to returning to 2005 prices before the Recession of 2008 stuck a fork in the market. Will the market continue to climb in 2016 or take a detour with the supply rocketing?
