Shore Club is on the cusp of transformation, a renovation that will feature the longest swimming pool in South Beach at 250 feet.
Details are trickling out about the new luxury complex of condos, hotel rooms, and poolside bungalows.
Isay Weinfield's latest project will be comprised of 100 hotel rooms and 75 apartments, with some two-story homes sprinkled in. The hotel will be renamed Fasano Hotel and Residences at Shore Club with construction beginning early next year and an estimated completion date towards the end of 2017.
