photos via Bill Earls Reality The Naples home with a $68-million asking price set in September 2014 has been admitted to the discount bin. It's now listed at $59.995 million according to records on Realtor, representing a near 12-percent slash. The home sold for $47.3 million back in March 2012, a record that still stands in Naples today. A comparable mansion down the street nearly broke that record in April, selling for $45.6 million after being listed for a seismic $75 million. Among the standout features are a 66-foot pool with a spa, and a "seven-car collector's garage."
