courtesy of 1 Hotel and Homes South Beach South Florida's latest "it hotel" in the eco-friendly - and dog friendly - 1 Hotel and Homes South Beach has raked in $200 million in sales after blowing through their standard residential units and is now unleashing a portion of their 29-unit penthouse collection amid last week's Art Basel festivities. The five custom units being showcased were designed by Deborah Aguiar, Meyer, Davis, Sam Amoia, and Saccaro USA, with inventory priced from $3.5 million to $20 million and size ranging from 1,815 square feet to 4,207 square feet.
