The Hamptons of South(ish) Florida is getting a snazzy new oceanfront residence known as 8050 Vero Beach. Designed and developed by Alloy, the folks who brought you the most expensive condo sold in Brooklyn, the 18-unit residence will live on five acres with more than 350 feet of secluded beachfront.
The units are large, ranging from 3,310 to 3,950 square feet with anywhere from 950 to 1,490 square feet of outdoor space. Each will have three bedrooms, a living room, a bonus room and two terraces. First-floor units feature plunge pools and gardens, while the penthouses offer courtyards and outdoor living rooms as well. The style is described as minimalist Brooklyn loft meets Polynesian resort.
Sales will begin in January with residences starting at $3.1 million. Completion is expected early 2018.
