"A private South American investment group" has just bought the SunTrust Bank Building at 777 Brickell Avenue for a whopping $140 million. It's on a prime waterfront-to-Brickell Avenue site and only 13 stories. The large five story parking garage in the back practically screams "BUILD A CONDO TOWER HERE!"
