Miami River Property "Once Owned by Mary Brickell" Lists

New, 1 comment

A property on the southwest bank of the Miami River, at 121 NW South River Drive, has been listed for sale, without a price, but "on call for offers". Just like the majority of the land immediately south of the Miami River, the land was once owned by Mary Brickell, one of the founders of Miami. Mrs. Brickell owned a lot of land. The palm tree-covered property, which has a whopping 200 linear feet of river frontage, includes a 2,441 square-foot warehouse with 18-foot ceilings, a contemporary two-story 2,225 square foot townhouse and an 1,382 square foot office building.
