"As part of the pedestrian experience, the parking structure will barely be noticed. The height of the lower edge of the parking as well as the setback will ensure that the pedestrian will 'interact' with the church structure, not the parking. Keep in mind, this is a rendering designed to show the whole project and won't be seen or experienced as it is shown.
