Sure, an apartment or condo tower usually gets more attention for its penthouse and the size of its amenity deck than whatever fills up all the floors between the two, but those standard-sized units are really the bread and butter of most buildings. They often include, of course, plenty of studios. Tiny living gets a lot easier when your building has a veritable playland of perks a quick elevator ride away, so here are five options of petite-sized living spaces in amenity-ladden buildings. Like most Miami buildings, these are all condo but contain plenty of units on the rental market.
First, the Mondrian, perhaps the most luxurious building of the bunch. This is basically a Mondrian hotel room, and thus meant to be used as a vacation place. A 485 square foot studio at the Mondrian is going for $305,000. Around the building, of course, are the hotel's well known restaurant Asia De Cuba, a Sunset Lounge, the Aqua Spa, swimming pools, and a marina, and you get beach club services at the Delano.
The Flamingo, that residential behemoth on the bay, has pools galore, a David Barton gym, enough grounds to be considered a large private park, beach volleyball, basketball, a spa, and its own resident's-only convenience/liquor store. This 461 square foot bay-view studio is $349,500.

Here's a 492 square foot studio at 2 Midtown for $249,000. The building has the standard package of amenities for a "fully loaded" building, such as pool, sauna, attractive gym, valet, concierge, etc. Plus there are restaurants downstairs, and it's gorgeous.
Getting a little smaller here, a 412 square foot studio on a high floor at BrickellHouse is $265,000. The building comes with pools on two levels (the amenity deck and the rooftop), a big gym, a couple of club rooms, a landscaped breezeway on the amenity deck that's a lot like an outdoor lounge, a majestic lobby, and of course a robotic parking garage. And it's brand-spanking-new.
Finally, this 501 square foot studio at Vizcayne is $318,000. The building comes with rec rooms, a spa, a sauna, four pools, a business center, a biiig gym, and a residents' theater room.
