With FTL, South Florida Will Now Have Four Four Seasons

Fort Capital Partners is developing a Four Seasons-flagged hotel and residential project in Fort Lauderdale Beach, at 521 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard. The building is designed by Kobi Karp, and has all the typical trappings of mass-produced luxury, like separate entrances and pools for residents and hotel guests, a spa, a destination restaurant, meeting rooms etcetera. This would be all well and good of course, if not for the symbolic-seeming fact that this makes the Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale Beach the fourth Four Seasons to come to South Florida, after Miami's Four Seasons tower, Surfside's Four Seasons Surf Club, and the Four Seasons Palm Beach. Blimey, it's a Four Seasons for every season.
