Comment of the day

"The church has been a part of the fabric of the city for many years; most would say a dignified part of that fabric on a street that has through the last several decades not seen a strong identity outside of it being the home of several Braman dealerships. Outside of the Bacardi Complex what has been built in that area (north of the Arscht Center) has truly not been memorable nor could be described as better then average architecture.....something this church has. ADD Inc. may thing their solution is a playful way to integrate the past with the future but, if you are going to cantilever a structure over another do it without the pylons(columns) blasting through the existing structure (no doubt out of the developers budget)."—JJ [Giant Tower Could Squash Historic Biscayne Boulevard Church]
