Playmobil Owner's $45M House Has Rotating Living Room

Horst Brandstätter, octogenarian owner of the Playmobil toy company, which makes a little world full of plastic figurines and the houses they live in, is selling his own play house, complete with rotating living room for $45 million, on Jupiter Island. The toy tycoon installed the space, which rotates a complete 360 degrees, because he "wanted to be able to gaze at the ocean in the morning, and then watch the sun set over an inland waterway at night." according to Curbed National.

The seven bedroom, six bath home, which was built in 1997, could be compared to Playmobil's 'Modern Luxury Mansion' set, as Gossip Extra notes. Of course that toy, as well appointed as it is, doesn't come with access to the Intracoastal Waterway or ocean, or a rotating living room.
