All the latest real estate news from Curbed NY...

1) New York City: The yearly Knight Frank's Wealth Report has come out and, surprise: New York City is no longer the world's number one city for the super wealthy. It now sits at fourth (oh, the indignity) behind London, Tokyo, and Singapore.

2) Upper East Side: America's sweetheart Kelly Ripa has left behind her Soho penthouse in favor of an Upper East Side townhouse, for which she and husband Mark Consuelos paid a whopping $27 million. The couple got $20 million for the Soho apartment, after listing it for $24.5 million.

3) Park Slope: A Brooklyn townhouse that was listed for $14 million has sold, and while we don't yet know the final sale price, it may well take over the top spot and the most expensive house ever to sell in the borough. The current record holder is a Brooklyn Heights townhouse where Truman Capote once lived.
