The controversial piece of legislation wending its way through the Florida State House that severely limits a transgendered person's ability to use the public restroom of the gender they prefer is getting more and more medieval. In addition to forbidding those who are pre-op or mid-transition from using the ladies room before becoming what the law considers 100% a lady or the men's room before becoming completely gents, a post-op person will have to carry a "physical certification" of their new sex. Yes, Florida's trans people will need to carry papers to legally relieve themselves.
