Designed by Miami great L. Murray Dixon and built in 1939, this historic mostly-Mediterranean Revival house incorporates a few art deco elements here and there (the corner windows in the bedroom are one example), in a melding of the two styles in a way that was very common in Miami architecture at that time. Listed at $2.575 million, the best parts of the house are actually on the inside, where original architectural details (probably) and fun, somewhat fanciful interior updates over the years (not to mention really great furniture, create a combustibly cosmopolitan interior. The brokerbabble also states the property comes with a golf course view, although the listing photos completely focus on the house.
