The recently completed 9,000 square foot glass iceberg in Golden Beach, which its developer, Jacob Abramson, calls the Ark House, is on the market $8.2 million, according to the developer. Although the house doesn't appear to have hit the MLS yet, it has its own website. With interiors designed by Chad Oppenheim, the three-level house comes with lots of exterior terrace space, a lap-pool and hot tub, an 'infinity edge pond', an elevator, and a 20-foot high atrium in a pointy glass thingy out front.
