Out of 19 submissions and five finalists, James Corner Field Operations, the landscape architecture firm that designed the High Line in New York, was picked to master plan The Underline, the planned linear park underneath the Metrorail. James Corner Field Ops is also doing the Lincoln Road District Master Plan, and worked on the PAMM and the Frost, so yes they're quite busy down here. At the Underline, they will "develop the vision and master plan" as well as "provide more detailed designs for two demonstration projects that will include the Brickell area and an additional site to be determined."
