The developer of the megaproject that will surround and connect to Fort Lauderdale's Galleria Mall is presenting revised and scaled down plans today for the seven tower project which will now have "1,250 residential units, 163 hotel rooms, 105,796 square feet of office space, 51,345 square feet of retail, 13,200 square feet of restaurants, and 4,000 square feet of financial institutions." That retail square footage is obviously in addition to, you know, the freaking mall that already exists. [SFBJ; Curbed Miami coverage]
