Tommy Hilfiger's Raleigh Hotel Private Club Officially a Go

New, 1 comment

The City of Miami Beach has officially approved Tommy Hilfiger's plans to revamp the Raleigh Hotel, which are being designed by Touzet Studio.

The historic main structure will, of course, be preserved, with extensive renovations focused on the hotel's cocktail bar and a large indoor-outdoor dining area behind the pool. In addition to more mundane details like widening doorways, a block of hotel rooms will also be removed to create a private club, which will generate more functions than a medium sized hotel. The idea is similar, really, to the Soho House, which has loads of programming. 87 hotel rooms, out of the original 105, will remain. The famous pool will not be touched.
