Basketball player Kevin Durant, who helped bring the Oklahoma Thunder to the 2012 NBA Finals, which they would eventually lose to the Miami Heat, has sold his penthouse at 900 Biscayne Boulevard which (ironically or not?) has a view directly over the Miami Heat's AmericanAirlines Arena, according to realtor Michael Light. The unit, on the 63rd floor, was listed a mere 22 days ago for $3.45 million, although the final sales price is still under wraps.
