Closings at the Related Group's Beachwalk Hallandale Beach have begun, marking the completion of the 25th condo tower "completed east of I-95 in the South Florida tr-county region" since the the market crash, the Great Recession, and this real cycle began in 2011. Miami's real estate rebound has reached a milestone people, although the number would be a bit higher if towers west of the highway were also included. The 33-story tower, with interiors by Italian design firm Pininfarina, is also only a few blocks away from the third tower to finish since the crash, the Related Group's Apogee Beach.
