This Blobby Image Could be Miami's Next Tallest Building

New, 5 comments

Anonymous real estate news website The Next Miami has just released this fuzzy (but probably authentic) rendering of a project on the Capital at Brickell/Capital Brickell Place site; a project which they claim could be the tallest building in Miami, despite Federal Aviation Administration limitations. This design is by Arquitectonica, and is only one of four conceptual design possibilities that Arquitectonica presented to the developers, China City Construction Corp. and the American Da Tang Group. Apparently they also met with ADD Inc., so the hiring of Arquitectonica might not be a done deal yet. Anywho, it looks like this plan is getting pretty serious, even though it's all still very hush hush. Oh, and CCCC is supposedly also in talks to buy a chunk of Miami Worldcenter.
