UPDATE: Calvin Klein is listing 4452 North Bay Road for $16 million, according to Douglas Elliman.

UPDATE 2: The listing has gone live!

News broke last weekend that fashion designer Calvin Klein was selling his Miami Beach home. With a little investigating, Curbed was able to figure out the address, 4452 North Bay Road, but that was it. There were no details revealed, no price, and not even any interior photos. That is until now. Although the price is still unknown, photos and a description of the interior have gone public. Pablo Alfaro of Douglas Elliman is the broker. Check them out, and let the guessing game begin. How much do you think Mr. Klein intends to ask for his milky white Mediterranean edifice?

The five-bedroom/five en suite-bathroom/two half-bath private waterfront sanctuary is securely situated on North Bay Road with a dock and infinity pool overlooking 113 feet of open bay views. The open floor plan spanning 5,800 square feet contains European craftsmanship throughout capturing the essence of Zen. The furnishings and antiques are by world renowned designer Axel Vervoordt. The impressively landscaped outdoor living/dining areas increase the living space to a total of 7,966 square feet, which sits on a 16,709 sq. ft. lot. The home also has a two-car garage.
