After The Big Fight, Floyd Mayweather Has Taken His Sunny Isles Beach Condo Off the Market

Having just made $180 million off of his big win against Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather is keeping his nice but rather underwhelming Sunny Isles Beach penthouse condo, which has been on the market for the past year. The unit, in the St. Tropez, was listed for $2.6 million, then pricechopped four times down to $2 million.

According to the Realtor, who spoke to GossipExtra, he'll hire interior designer Steven G. to renovate the 3,000 square foot penthouse-floor unit, even though he already had Steven G. do a renovation less than three years ago. "Oh, you know Floyd," said Tanasha Pettigrew, because yes, we all know Floyd, "He's classy and flashy, so he'll spend quite a bit of money on it."

He had originally listed the apartment, which is pretty classy and not-so-flashy, because he was allegedly looking to upscale into a new house so his kids could have more room to play. But why would he cancel those grand plans after such a big financial windfall? "Now he just want to keep it" says the Realtor. Maybe it was all just spin, or his priorities changed. Whatever's going on, the weather's fine for Mayweather.
