Jason Derulo Lists His Coconut Creek McMansion for $2.9M

Pop singer Jason Derulo has just listed his 13,000 square foot Coconut Creek house for $2.9 million, having purchased it only two years ago. The house comes with seven bedrooms, a game room, and an office, and a guest house with 'state-of-the-art' recording and dance studios. It also sits on two acres of land, one of which is a nature preserve. Although current listing photos aren't ready except for the single photo above, it appears the pop crooner made a few changes to this place in his short time as its owner. Compared to old listing photos (after the jump) the house looks even bieger on the outside, while the recording and dance studios are probably new.
