Hotelier and Studio 54 creator Ian Schrager is down and determined to find sites for two new South Florida hotels of his creation. He thought he had a Fort Lauderdale locale nailed down to build an Edition Hotel, but negotiations didn't pan out, so he's looking for something else. Mr. 54 is also scoping out North Beach, where he hopes to build a Public Hotel. [Real Deal]
