Design 41, the starchitect Enrique Norten building in the Design District that Curbed readers named in a contest, has topped off and gotten most of its solid walls, as can be seen in these up-to-date construction shots. When completed, it will have ground floor retail, a few levels of parking, a few more levels of offices, and a rooftop restaurant.
