Pretty, Pink, Neoclassical Pile in Palm Beach Sells for $17.4M

This pretty-in-pink neoclassical house that just sold for $17.4 million in Palm Beach is so well done, the photos aren't entirely clear as to whether its new construction and thus by an architect educated in a post-classical world, or of an older vintage when architectural education was steeped in Beaux Arts grandeur. Spoiler alert, it's from 1991, and it even escapes that sort of chunky '90s neoclassicism that befell so many hotel lobbies and Aaron Spelling's old house. Bravo, dear architect, whoever you were, bravo.
