"Smaller apartments are good. I've been in those ugly Biscayne highrises, the layout and finishes and workmanship are shit and there is tons of wasted space, and you're paying for it. Nix the hallways and make the bathrooms smaller (how much room do you need to crap?) etc., and you can save that money for beautiful finishes and I guess the stupid amenities Miamians think are cool but are actually really pathetic if you think about a fucking apartment building as a personal identity.
