Related Reveals a Few Renderings, Floorplans, Totally Fake Dens, for Gran Paraiso

The Related Group has revealed renderings... okay, just a few renderings... floorplans, etc. of Gran Paraiso, its most expensive and fanciest of all the towers in the Paraiso Bay megaproject. Arquitectonica is designing the building, and laying out the units, so they might be the source of this rather weird 'den' situation. Theoretically a den should be convertible to another bedroom, with minimal construction, if needed, although developers these days routinely call any ol' nook or cranny that one can conceivably put up walls around a den. This is neither. It's a slightly wider hallway, or a very nice foyer. The building's interiors are being designed by Piero Lissoni, but none of those renderings are out yet either.
