"The Miami Beach assessment is so out of date. Twenty years ago it was true. Walk around South Beach any day now and what you see is 20 and 30 somethings living there along with young families with small kids. There is also a very large gay community of all ages. Who ever "researched" this bogus article was either living in the past or just trying to make a dollar or some strange point. This is pitiful non-information.
