This 3,280 square foot Med Revival in Coral Gables was built in 1937 but feels like a brand new (okay, newish) house. Still possessing most of its historic charm, the kitchen and bathrooms have been redone, which could be good or bad depending on your point of view, and other things updated as needed. Okay, that courtyard fountain looks like something the previous owner picked up pre-assembled at Lowes, but besides these rather piddling complaints, the house is an historic beaut, and 'only' $1 million, which compared to so many of the other properties on Curbed Miami, seems like rather a bargain, doesn't it?
