Historic, Restored Tudor in Miami Shores is $1.19 Million

New, 3 comments

This handsome, historic (built in 1935) $1.19 million Miami Shores house has been restored to show off its thematic Tudor Revival architecture. The living room, which the brokerbabble characterizes as 'jewel box,' has rich wooden floors, ironwork, a blue-tiled fireplace with wooden mantle, wooden ceiling beams, and stained glass windows. The bathrooms, although renovated, appear to retain much of their historic charm, with black and white tiles and metal fixtures. Out back is a not-exactly-Tuder but not exactly out of place either, kidney-shaped pool.
