Life kind of sucks when you realize that $3.8 million is mansion money but that's still the price of this very-very-lovely-but-not-quite-a-mansion-of-a-house on North Bay Road. It may be a Debbie Downer, but this otherwise is a really great house, and we're no real estate experts (hey!) but it probably is worth every cent. The historic Mediterranean Revival is covered in vines, loaded with a yard full of big oak trees, has a killer living room with a very Spanish Castle-ish fireplace and vaulted ceiling, and even has very fluffy brokerbabble about a journey or something...
